Video playback issue on Safari

I've noticed that videos won't play properly on Safari browser. The page loads but the video keeps buffering endlessly.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Can you tell us which version of Safari you're using and what OS?

I'm using Safari 17.2 on macOS Sonoma 14.2. The issue happens on all courses, not just specific ones.

We've been able to reproduce the issue. It appears to be related to our video codec configuration for Safari. Our engineering team is working on a fix.
